We only collect personal information that you choose to share with us — your name, email address, and phone number if you contact us, plus whatever details you include in the body of your message. We use that information for one purpose: to write back to you. We do not sell it, lend it, license it, or share it with marketing partners or advertising networks. We store it on the same servers that run this site, kept reasonably long enough to follow up on your inquiry — usually six to twelve months, sometimes longer for orders or projects with open warranty. You may request a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct mistakes, or have it deleted entirely. Just send a note and we will act on it within thirty days. If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Your rights over your data
If you'd like to access, update, port, or erase any personal information we have on file, please contact us — we'll act on it within thirty calendar days, at no charge. You have the right to withdraw consent for any future processing, to restrict how we use existing records, and to ask that your data be moved to another service in a portable format. Records subject to legal retention (orders, invoices) cannot be deleted before the required period elapses, but everything else can. You also have the right to raise a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

Your rights under Japanese law (APPI)

Tab Audio Recorder is a browser extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store; it operates locally in your browser and we collect the minimum information required to keep it working.
Legal basis and purpose of use
We process the limited data described above only to operate and improve Tab Audio Recorder, to respond to support requests, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Data retention
Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted. Any locally stored extension settings live in your own browser profile and are removed when you uninstall the extension or clear your browser data.
Your rights
Under the APPI you may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we respond without undue delay after verifying your identity.
International data transfers
